Position SummaryThe Director of Health Services, RN will provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services for residents, ensuring daily clinical operations meet company and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Assist with hiring, orientation, and training of nursing staff.
- Develop and implement staffing plans and nursing schedules that reflect resident needs.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain relationships with families and care providers.
- Evaluate current and potential residents to determine facility’s ability to care for them.
- Manage clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long‑term or acute care (preferred).
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Professional, positive, and cooperative communication with residents, families, and employees.
- Advanced computer skills.
- $85,000‑$115,000 annually, depending on experience.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Annual reviews with wage increases.

Monday‑Friday, with weekend manager on duty rotation.
