Birchwood Health Care Center in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. Part-time AMs (.2,.3) and PMs (.4), Every other weekend required. Hiring on-call for all shifts.
As an RN, you will oversee nursing care, document treatments, participate in staffing planning, and support residents and families. Competitive hourly wage $37.50–$42.50 with shift differentials and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for certain shifts.
