Position OverviewThe Quality Control Manager runs the day-to-day operations of our Quality Control function — owning textile testing, sample and color evaluation, defect analysis, and the quality tracking and KPIs that keep our products at the standard our customers expect. This is a hands-on role that sits between supervisor and director: you will personally lead quality execution while managing the team, building schedules, holding vendors accountable, and briefing leadership on quality performance.
You will be the experienced anchor of the QC team — setting the standard, developing the people, and building the systems and processes that let quality scale as we grow. Fair warning: you will have real opportunity to shape not just this role, but how our quality program runs.
