Line Cook at BBQ Holdings, Inc.

Produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station in accordance with the company's menu recipes and specifications, ensuring safety, sanitation, and food standards through accurate recipes, procedures, and timely production quality.

• Ensure prepared station is ready to work at scheduled time and is in proper uniform.
• Maintain pace: brisk and steady, organized, avoiding unnecessary steps.
• Adhere to recipes with 100% knowledge, including prep and other production steps.
• Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests for proper portioning.
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment in a "like new" condition; practice clean-as-you-go hygiene.
• Measure productivity by both product quality and quantity completed in a specific time period.
• Organize supplies, anticipate needs, and stock before rushes.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
• Handle safe food practices while receiving, rotating, and stocking food.
• Prep support as needed.

• Preferred: 2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
