Crew Manager, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

• Organize shifts and manage scheduling
• Handle cash and operating a cash register and drive‑thru
• Manage inventory and monitor supplies
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate, lead, and mentor the crew
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards
• Operate the fryer, griddle, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines

• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills—smile, laugh, have fun, and treat others with care and respect
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

The compensation, benefits, and perks for this role vary based on average hours worked, location, and length of service.
