Part Time Bakery Clerk

Job Overview

Cub Forest Lake is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time bakery clerk position. Bakery clerks provide wrapping, stocking, and customer‑service support for the department. They are required to meet daily sales and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Prepare and wrap bakery product
• Stock, rotate and face bakery product
• Perform clean‑up of the department
• Assist with department merchandising as directed
• Assist with customer questions or requests

• Equipment operation (shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• The position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision is not immediately available.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age and older.

Actual pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
