As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

• Merchant brands you know and love across a variety of categories.
• Diverse daily tasks—no repetition.
• Health plan options, including no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Scheduled work can be Sunday thru Saturday, with full‑time or part‑time options and specific days depending on location needs.
• Work hours range from 6 am to 9 am for start and 6 am to 6 pm for the day (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, pack, and straighten products on the shelf.
• Receive and distribute coupons and signage materials within the store.
• Use company‑issued mobile devices to complete assignments while navigating multiple applications.
• Answer step‑by‑step questions within Acosta’s field technology on the device during work.
• Capture photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, or text.

• Own your store(s) as the face of Acosta, building the go‑to resource over time.
• Work independently while acting as an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage and share best practices through communications channels with Walmart teams nationwide.
• Seek help from direct managers when encountering challenges; they’re here to help.
• Complete work within the provided time frame and report on the same day of completion.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure accuracy the first time.
• Provide accurate data and photos as instructed.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
• Minimum age of 18 years or older.
