Are you ready to blossom in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join our team at Spikes and Houles in Forest Lake! We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who loves plants, enjoys working with people, and is ready to help bring the beauty of the season to life. Candidates must be 16+.
Location:
Forest Lake, MN
Seasonal: ASAP through Nov/Dec, weather depending
Schedule:
20 hours/week expected. Evenings, and weekend availability required.
- Plant Care & Maintenance:
Tend to our beautiful plants by watering, deadheading, and ensuring they thrive in our greenhouse. - Merchandising:
Keep our Garden Center shed fresh and appealing by expertly organizing and displaying our plants, products, and seasonal treasures. - Customer Care:
Share your love for gardening by helping customers pick the perfect plants and offering tips to help their gardens grow. - Cashiering:
Provide excellent service at the register and help customers with their purchases with a smile!
- A plant enthusiast with a passion for gardening (or eager to learn!)
- Energetic and ready to embrace the busy season with a positive attitude
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in MN weather conditions
- Flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed
