We’re hiring Painters and Crew Leaders who want steady work, solid pay, and a team that shows up and gets the job done.

We complete most projects in one day, so we work efficiently, stay organized, and don’t drag jobs out.

Location:

Twin Cities Northern Suburbs

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (day shift)

Pay:

• Painters: $20–$25/hr
• Crew Leaders: $25–$30+/hr (based on experience)
• Performance incentives available

• Interior & exterior painting (residential and light commercial)
• Prep, paint, and clean up
• Work with a crew to complete jobs on time and on budget
• Crew Leaders: run the jobsite and keep the team on track

• Show up on time, every day
• Work at a steady pace and pull your weight
• Be reliable and team-oriented
• Comfortable with ladders and physical work
• Take pride in clean, professional results on budget

Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
