• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, mini‑splits, IAQ systems)
• Deliver a top‑tier customer experience — we care about people, not just installs
• Test systems, connections, and electrical components to ensure everything runs perfectly
• Troubleshoot and repair when needed
• Work independently and as part of a tight‑knit, high‑performing crew

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Certification
• Strong experience with:
  • Furnaces & forced air systems
  • Heat pumps & air handlers
  • Mini‑splits
• Physically capable (ladders, crawl spaces, lifting 40+ lbs)
• Positive attitude + pride in your work (this matters here)

• Competency card
• Boiler experience
• Familiarity with tools like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan
