- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Safely transporting freight while maintaining on-time service
- Communicating with dispatch and Safety & Compliance teams
- Completing electric logs and required documentation
- Maintaining DOT and company safety standards
- Valid Class A CDL (Manual Transmission Required)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- 5+ years of Class A driving experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and dispatch software
- Excellent communication skills
- Pass DOT physical and maintain a valid medical card
- Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug testing
- Consent to and pass MVR and FMCSA Clearinghouse reviews and background check
- Ability to meet all DOT and company requirements
- Flexibility to support operational needs when required
