Jusczak Trucking is hiring experienced Class A drivers in the Twin Cities area offering $35 - $45/hourly depending on experience.

• $35–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Home Daily – Local routes within ~350 miles, with optional OTR
• Consistent, year-round freight
• Variety of equipment – Flatbed, step deck, van, Conestoga & more
• Supportive dispatch and safety team

• Running local routes throughout the Twin Cities and 5 state surrounding areas
• Hauling a variety of freight (flatbed experience is a plus)
• Safely securing loads and ensuring on-time deliveries
• Communicating with dispatch and Safety & Compliance via company software
• Completing logs, inspections, and required documentation

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual Required)
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
• 5+ years of experience preferred (or strong equivalent experience)
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting/securing up to 100 lbs)
• Comfortable using smartphone apps & dispatch software
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-first mindset

• Pass DOT physical & maintain medical card
• Pass pre-employment & random drug testing (DOT compliant)
• Consent to and pass MVR and Clearing House.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on dispatch needs
