Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and hardworking Steel Warehouse Associates for a growing steel facility in Forest Lake, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands‑on work, have strong attention to detail, and want long‑term stability in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Operate saws, shears, and other steel‑processing equipment

• Pull, stage, and prepare steel orders according to customer specifications

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material‑handling equipment

• Measure, cut, and package steel materials accurately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Previous warehouse or steel‑handling experience preferred

• Ability to operate forklifts or overhead cranes (or willingness to learn)

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly

• Strong math and measurement skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
