Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a medical background to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities through medical review and administrative coordination. This role plays a critical part in promoting workplace safety by reviewing pre-employment medical questionnaires and supporting health management processes, while also handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Medical Review & O&M Support- Review and evaluate pre-employment medical questionnaires to support medical and health management decisions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace readiness standards
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment across assigned operations
- Process, track, and coordinate the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card (P-Card) reports
- Ensure adherence to applicable administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to medical reviews and administrative activities
- Perform general administrative office duties, including:
- Maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Managing travel arrangements
- Supporting office relocations
- Creating, tracking, and managing project correspondence
- Perform miscellaneous assignments as directed to support operational needs
- Medical background is essential, with experience reviewing medical or health-related documentation
- Ability to document candidate availability and summarize professional experience in Notes or tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with administrative coordination, compliance processes, and reporting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in standard office and documentation tools
