Responsible for the day‑to‑day operation effectiveness of a retail division's supply chain and of the distribution centers that support that division. The role drives results that meet planned cost levels, operational key performance indicators, safety standards, production deadlines, order accuracy, and effective leadership. The incumbent maintains cost control goals, ensures order accuracy, and supports the individual effectiveness of the team under supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Implement appropriate best practices and establish operational procedures; identify and resolve operational problems promptly.
  • Support and achieve corporate goals in a Customer‑First environment.
  • Use technology to ensure efficient and accurate assembly, shipping and receiving processes, maintaining proper work methods and production rates to control operating costs.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and inspire, support and plan improvement changes.
  • Provide a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews and give feedback.
  • Travel as needed to support business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Five years of logistics experience.
  • Comparable position or experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop others.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
