Customer Service & Driver Dispatch Representative - Day Shift

Be part of a fast-moving team that keeps restaurants stocked with fresh produce. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers, process orders and returns, and handle simple office tasks. This role is perfect for someone upbeat, detail-focused, and ready to jump into different shifts as needed!

Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and text with fast, friendly service.

Resolve issues, follow up on special requests, and communicate concerns to the right teams.

Build strong customer relationships through clear, engaging communication.

Enter orders and catch weights accurately, update invoices, and provide correct documentation.

Prepare and stamp invoices before drivers depart.

Promote new products and current specials to boost sales.

Send daily reminder texts to customers who haven't ordered.

Maintain customer accounts by updating notes, delivery windows, order guides, and contact info.

Check in on drivers, verify paperwork and payments, and ensure returns are properly documented.

Assist with daily driver dispatching duties.

Work closely with all departments to keep operations smooth and customer-focused.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Able to understand priorities and consistently meet deadlines

Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working through fast-paced, changing, or high-pressure situations

Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Ability to cover the night shift, as needed.

Overtime is required based on business necessity.

Prior experience in logistics and driver dispatch.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
