Job Description
The Retail Sales Administrator is responsible for managing the daily activities necessary to create and maintain sales and service of a well‑established tire dealership. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. The Retail Sales Coordinator is the first line of contact with customers, resolving tire and service issues and reducing downtime.
ResponsibilitiesPhysical Requirements
- Work hours are generally 7–5 Monday – Friday;
Saturdays and evenings as needed, with little to no advance notice. - Position operates in indoor and outdoor environments; exposure to heat and cold is expected.
- Regularly required to stand, bend, climb, lift, and walk.
- Handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment such as safety shoes, gloves, and eyewear; comply with OSHA regulations.
- Lift 50–75 lbs routinely; occasionally 100 lbs individually.
- Travel: 75% within the regional area; minimal overnight travel.
