Fiscal and Grants Administrator Forest Park Administration Exempt

Responsibilities

The Fiscal & Grants Administrator supports the Finance and Operations Director with all aspects of the grants process, including researching grant opportunities and NOFOs, coordinating the development and submission of proposals, tracking grant status, managing grant and contract execution, and preparing required reports for public grant‑funded projects, as well as specific foundation and corporate grants. This position ensures accurate use of financial systems, reporting, budgeting, and billing processes related to grants and contracts while supporting compliance with funding requirements.

The Fiscal & Grants Administrator builds and maintains relationships with grant contacts and works collaboratively with the Director of Finance & Operations, Associate Director, Executive Director, and Accounting Manager to support the continued success and sustainability of Sarah’s Inn’s programs and services.
