. Anthony Marano Company, one of the most reputable produce distributors in the South East, is currently hiring for a full time & in person Account Coordinator role in Atlanta, Georgia
.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our growing logistics and supply chain operations team. This fast-paced role works closely with transportation, inventory, and logistics coordinators to ensure orders are accurate, confirmed, scheduled, and delivered on time. The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting transportation coordination, cross-dock distribution activities, shipment flow, and daily operations throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
Responsibilities- Coordinate orders, freight flow, and shipment scheduling
- Support cross-dock and outbound shipment operations
- Confirm delivery schedules, inventory availability, expiration dates, and shipping requirements
- Enter and update orders within company systems
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams regarding shipment scheduling and order awareness
- Communicate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, and shipment timelines
- Monitor outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve transportation and logistics issues as needed
- Maintain operational documentation and records
- Support daily logistics and supply chain operations
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment
- Assist in monitoring product quality and shipment accuracy prior to distribution
- Assist with invoicing issues and customer communication as needed

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous logistics, transportation, supply chain coordination, or administrative experience preferred but not required
