Assistant Shift Operator

Experience: Leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required; hazardous materials experience required; forklift certification and sit-down forklift experience required; warehouse computer/ERP system experience required; chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pro Recruiters is seeking an Assistant Shift Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Oversee production floor operations in the absence of the Shift Operator.
• Load and unload reactors and support chemical processing operations.
• Complete ERP system transactions and maintain production logs.
• Process quality control samples and verify order fulfillment before shipment.
• Assist with inventory control and organization of treated and untreated products.
• Support daily shipping activities, including carrier coordination and paperwork.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and plant 5S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pack products, load/unload trucks, and perform hands‑on production tasks.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
