• Set up, operate, and adjust packaging equipment, including Case Former, Tri‑Sealer, Box Erector, Print & Apply, mixers, chunker, slurry mixer, and pallet jacks after training.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Monitor production data, control points, and recipes; make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Scale and load ingredients into mixers and refeed scrap dough as necessary.
• Perform hand‑packing, case‑stacking, and Operator Care duties (e.g., cleaning vacuum, monitoring lard and dough temperatures).
• Follow all Quality, GMP, SQF, 5S, and Safety policies and procedures.
• Lift up to 50+ lbs as required and perform additional duties, including Autonomous Maintenance (AM), as assigned.
• Confirm dough process orders and maintain accurate measurements and production records.

Full‑time permanent role on 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm), Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

• Basic literacy skills (able to read & write).
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency in data collection and production reporting.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand 100% of work time.
