CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Forest Park, GA to develop future leaders for their stores. The SMIT program prepares you for a Store Manager position with 16 weeks of self-paced training, both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. This full-time role offers a pay range of $18.50 - $23.88 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Successful candidates will engage with their leadership, support the store management team, and must have a High School diploma or GED. Retail management experience is preferable, and flexibility in location and schedule is required.
