As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to develop their sales career in the tire industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Development & Market Expansion:
  Identify and engage with potential customers through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales & Target Achievement:
  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and company sales targets. Utilize CRM tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and report on performance.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning:
  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies that ensure our competitive advantage in the market. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
• After-Sales Support:
  Provide high-quality after-sales service, addressing customer issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
• Participation in Sales Activities & Events:
  Participate in and organize sales activities and promotional events to enhance the company’s brand awareness. Engage with customers during events to create a strong company presence and foster relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 hour shift

Pay: $42,240.00 - $52,800.00 per year

+Commission pay

+Monthly bonus
