Sales Coordinator

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide administrative sales support to New and Used Truck Managers and Sales Team.

• Provide administrative sales support to New and Used Truck Managers and Sales Team.
• Maintain new and used truck inventory in Arcadium CRM.
• Track proposals for truck sales.
• Prepares closing documents and verifies accuracy and completeness.
• Gathers information from various sources, to ensure all criteria are met for closing of sale, including payment documentation or payoff information, licensing, and titling.
• Enter order information into the company database, ensuring accurate records of sales transactions.

• Working knowledge of automotive title and license requirements for IRP, GA, and AL is a plus

• Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.
• Ability to work on multiple projects/closing simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• General knowledge of real estate or real property sales transaction process is highly preferred.

• Experience with Excel is required

Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four-year college or university

• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
