Job Description:Responsible in selling diesel-related parts and services while building and maintaining customer relationships. Communicating with internal departments and Outside Sales Representatives for parts and service orders while accurately invoicing customers.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers at sales counters or by sales calls
• Sell diesel parts and services to clients, with proposals and negotiating pricing
• Communicate with parts and service departments to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts
• Provide updates to management on sales progress, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
• Effective time management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts while maintaining accurate inventory records, performing price checks, and supporting quality-control procedures.
• Occasionally assist with parts driver with delivery and pick up of parts

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of sitting for extended period of time, standing, and walking
• Lifting and/or carrying items up to 25 lbs.
• Motor skills for typing, handling paperwork and ability to focus with computer screens
• Occasionally bending, stooping, crouching or kneeling

Ability to speak clearly in person and on phones

Qualifications:

• Previous heavy truck parts experience or training
• Attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Above average computer skills
