Industrial Sales Representative/ Territory Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading provider of engineered industrial equipment and systems that has been serving customers throughout the Southeast for decades. This organization specializes in compressed air systems, industrial pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, and engineered solutions that help manufacturers improve operational efficiency and reliability.

• $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
• First Year OTE: $90,000 - $100,000+

Job Title:

Industrial Sales Engineer / Territory Manager

• Southwest Georgia
• South to Valdosta, GA
• East to Coffee County, GA
• North to Harris County, GA
• Existing $1.5M book of business

• Manage and grow an established $1.5M territory.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer site visits and evaluate applications.
• Recommend compressors, blowers, pumps, and engineered solutions.
• Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and service teams.
• Drive maintenance contracts, upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and customer relationships.

• Base Salary: $70,000
• First Year OTE: $90,000 - $100,000+
• 10% Commission Plan
• $300 bonus for each new maintenance agreement
• $1,000 bonus for each new customer acquired

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
• 3+ years of industry experience selling, servicing, supporting, or engineering compressors, blowers, pumps, or related equipment

• Strong compressor and compressed air system knowledge
• Experience with blowers, pumps, vacuum systems, or rotating equipment
• Ability to interpret customer needs and recommend solutions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency

• Engineering background with technical sales experience
• Formal sales training
• Experience designing or laying out equipment packages
