As a Chemist I located in Morristown, New Jersey, you will contribute to laboratory and technical teams by developing, testing, and optimizing chemical solutions that safeguard products and infrastructure worldwide.

• Perform routine laboratory experiments, testing, and analyses following established methods and safety standards.
• Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and systems.
• Support formulation development, product improvement, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with senior chemists and cross‑functional teams to meet project and business objectives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and a safe, organized working environment.
• Follow quality, regulatory, and environmental procedures to ensure compliant operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Foundational laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, or academic research.
• Working knowledge of basic analytical and laboratory techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based environment.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced setting.
