Drive shrinkage reduction through theft elimination, theft prevention and auditing of operational processes;
Effectively utilize data that identifies internal and external investigations;
Identify and lead investigations;
Partner with Field Investigations team to identify and resolve theft investigations;
Utilize the CCTV system to identify threats related to theft, shrinkage, violence, associate and visitor safety, and operational compliance.
