C. Penney - Up to $61200.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Supports hiring, training, scheduling, and leading the Asset Protection team.;
Drives shrinkage reduction through theft elimination, theft prevention and auditing of operational processes such as reverse logistics, post billing, cycle counts, customs/border control standards.;
Identifies and leads investigations. Interviews associates suspected of theft or fraud in accordance to Company standards, and properly documents all stages of the investigation.;
Partners with Field Investigations team to identify and resolve theft investigations.;
Contributes information toward operational/external investigations and communicate any operational gaps.
