Lead by example by working alongside installation crew to safely build, install, and tear down temporary fencing and barricades according to project specs;
Serve as the main on-site point of contact, coordinate with clients, manage daily tasks, and ensure high-quality, on-time completion;
Supervise, train, and mentor crew members and uphold site safety with regular safety checklists;
Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles (such as 1-ton trucks) to transport crew, equipment, and materials in a DOT-compliant manner;
Complete daily job reports, site checklists, and inventory logs accurately
