Motorcoach Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Bus Drivers in Forest Park, Georgia. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $21.27 to $31.24 yearly pay; starts at $21.27 and progresses to $31.24 over five years.

• Vacation – up to 20 days per year
• Personal days – up to 2 days per year
• Paid sick leave – 2 hrs 46 min per pay period for full‑time employees, 37 min per pay period for part‑time employees

• Safety‑Focused Operations:
  Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes, schedules, and stringent safety protocols.
• Passenger Care:
  Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years old or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and air brakes endorsements
• Minimum of three years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination if applicable; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs.

• Must be able to work shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
• Work will involve long periods of sitting, typing, and computer use.
• Environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
