Delivery driver associates

Just In Time Express Logistics LLC is offering delivery driver positions company‑supplied, air‑conditioned vans with medical benefits, bi‑weekly pay, and up to $25.68 an hour (base $21.25) plus weekly and monthly bonus incentives. Positions are full‑time, available immediately, and offer a family‑like atmosphere with opportunities for promotion as the company grows.

• Pass a 4‑panel drug test.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a driver motor vehicle report check.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Complete onboarding training.
• Complete driver’s training, classroom and obstacle course.
• Commit to a dedicated work schedule and report on time.
• Inspect vehicle before and after deliveries.
• Pack, load, and deliver products to homes, mobile/RV parks, apartments, and businesses in all weather conditions per company specifications.
• Drive during dawn, day, dusk, night, and inclement weather.
• Carry packages up to 50 lbs, including stairs or elevators.
• Use GPS technology.
• Deliver 18–25 stops per hour on assigned routes.
• Maintain communication with the route dispatcher.
• Unload goods per client specifications.
• Adhere to delivery placement requirements.
• Obtain picture confirmation for each delivery.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Enter and exit vans 1–2 feet above ground.
• Assist teammates when requested.
• Demonstrate strong customer‑service skills.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages over 50 lbs.

Work Location:

In person, Forest Park, GA 30297. Shift: 10‑hour day shift (preferred). Salary: $21.25–$25.68 per hour, plus bonus incentives.
