Overview

Just In Time Express Logistics LLC offers delivery driver positions in company‑supplied, air‑conditioned vans. Positions include medical benefits, bi‑weekly pay, and a base rate of $21.25 per hour with a potential maximum of $25.68 per hour when bonuses are included. The role is full‑time with a 10‑hour shift and day shift preferred. Start times range from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

• Will undergo a 4‑panel drug test, background check, and driver motor vehicle report check.
• Be 21+ years of age and possess a valid driver’s license in Georgia.
• Complete onboarding training, driver classroom training, and obstacle course.
• Commit to a dedicated work schedule, report on time, and maintain attendance.
• Inspect vehicles before and after deliveries, load and unload packages as specified, and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Deliver packages to homes, mobile/RV parks, apartments, and businesses, with 18‑25 stops per hour on assigned routes.
• Drive during dawn, day, dusk, night, and inclement weather, including ability to lift through stairs or elevators and enter/exit vans with step up to two feet.
• Use GPS technology and maintain accurate route and delivery records, including picture confirmation for each delivery.
• Communicate regularly with route dispatcher and work in a team environment, providing rescue and assistance when requested.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record and avoid expiration.
• Show strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
