Assist in coordinating daily activities of workers engaged in receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, transporting, materials handling, order filling, and stock maintenance;
Compare counts/weights of incoming/outgoing shipments against records (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, orders);
Record and report shortages, overages, and damages and resolve discrepancies;
Monitor work levels on docks and within the warehouse to ensure timely task completion;
Coordinate use of dock and yard space to optimize warehouse operations; provide support and training to hourly warehouse team members
