We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Your expertise will help optimize warehouse distribution, maintain accurate stock levels, and support seamless e-commerce order processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and experience operating various material handling equipment.

Duties
  • Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and storage of goods using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting, stocking procedures, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms.
  • Oversee order picking and packing processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for both retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Operate RF scanners and MRPs to track inventory movements, process shipments, and update stock records.
  • Facilitate shipping and receiving operations by preparing necessary documentation, verifying shipments via RF scanner or manual checks, and ensuring proper loading/unloading procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by implementing best practices in stock storage and safety protocols.
  • Support packaging tasks to prepare goods for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation using basic math skills to verify stock accuracy against system records.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment based on demand forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all warehouse activities.
Experience
  • Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
  • Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar ERP platforms such as MRPs.
  • Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques.
  • Experience working in e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and data entry accuracy.
  • Prior exposure to RF scanners and order picker equipment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining safety standards.
