Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse functions. This includes inventory movement, ordering, processing, shipping, and receiving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensures effective warehouse performance and maintains inventory control of parts which includes monitoring cycle counts, accuracy of orders picked and shipped, proper placement of parts into inventory and warehouse equipment.
- Maintains warehouse standards including warehouse layout, inventory placement and warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Works with Parts Manager and Director to supervise and coordinate annual inventory counts.
- Coordinates and schedules location delivery vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs.
- Oversees the shipping and receiving functions at all locations.
- Oversees dispatcher or dispatching at the location.
- Hires and maintains staff of qualified warehouse and delivery driver personnel.
- May provide maintenance of warehouse facility.
- Other duties as assigned
Supervises all warehouse and delivery driver personnel which includes interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EducationHigh school diploma or general education degree.
ExperienceMinimum of two years related experience and/or training.
