Semper SolR is hiring a Customer Associate to help homeowners understand their solar options through in-person interactions. You will represent our company in the field, speak directly with homeowners, and assist them in starting the process toward clean energy.
Responsibilities- Interact with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods
- Provide clear information about solar programs, savings, and incentives
- Answer basic questions and connect interested homeowners with our solar advisors
- Collect homeowner information and help schedule consultations
- Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and high-level customer service
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and follow a structured communication system
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Comfortable working in an office, outdoors and engaging with homeowners
- Reliable, self-driven, and coachable
- No experience needed; we provide full training
Compensation: $800 - $1,500 per week
