We are hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian at our Oak Park clinic. Enjoy the fast pace of urgent care combined with the relationship-building of general practice. No overnights, no on-call, and no quotas. Competitive compensation in the range of $140,000–$200,000+ total comp, with a tech-forward clinic experience.

• Provide primary and urgent care to companion animals
• Collaborate closely with a team that believes in No Boundaries medicine
• Work 3–4 days per week (full-time); weekends rotated fairly
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement and clinical operations

• DVM or VMD, licensed and in good standing in Illinois
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
• Passionate about learning, growing, and working as part of a team
• Seeking a supportive, rewarding, and enjoyable work environment

• Urgent care or ER background
• Strong interest in surgery or dentistry

• $140,000–$200,000+ total comp (competitive Pro Sal model)
• No negative accrual – base pay remains stable
