Specialty Fitness Store Manager

We are seeking a full-time retail Specialty Fitness Store Manager for our Forest Park location who will directly participate in direct to consumer and commercial sales. The Store Manager takes ownership for the sales performance and day to day operations of the store, including managing a team of Fitness Consultants and support staff.

• Direct to customer sales in a retail environment
• Opportunity for business to business / commercial sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets
• Manage day to day store operations including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management, expense management
• Manage a team of 1 – 3 Fitness Consultants and support staff, helping them to exceed their sales quotas

• Prior sales experience
• Prior store management experience in a retail setting
