The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Sr. Test & Validation Engineer to support the Raytheon Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). As a Sr. Test & Validation Engineer, you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to support electronics test and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements.

- Developing and maintaining Test Procedures
- Working with RF systems (circuits and test equipment)
- Analyzing test data and / or determining if hardware meets specification
- Maintaining related STE (Special Test Equipment) and specifying replacement equipment when required (obsolescence)
- Transforming complex information and data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides
- Training technicians to use Test Procedures and providing written directions for troubleshooting instruction
- Training entry level Test Engineers on test process
Some travel may be required (typically less than 10%).
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Root cause analysis and / or resolution of test failures (hardware and test environment)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Experience diagnosing and isolating technical issues with test equipment and production hardware
- Experience interpreting product specifications and requirements
- Experience with use of optical fiber in communication systems
- Experience with modern Automated Test Systems for electronics
- Experience performing analysis of technical data
- Experience with RF circuits and test equipment
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
