The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).
Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting with Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team Improving yields
- Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Creating and overseeing improvement projects
- Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
- Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations
- Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment.
This job is posted as ONSITE and is located at Raytheon’s Forest, MS facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with data analysis
- Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology
- Experience in Power Supply testing (analog/power electronic component)
- Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc)
- Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
- Experience with project execution

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
