What

You Will Do
  • Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
  • Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables.
  • Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly oversight of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
  • Top candidates will provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance.
  • Experience in program cost schedule and control environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • R6

    Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes.
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
  • Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
  • Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills required.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities.

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
