Position: OSC, Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst (P2) – Onsite
Compensation: $66,000 – $130,000 USD
What You Will Do- Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate‑at‑completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
- Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
- Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
- Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
- Actively identify risks that affect cost and/or schedule and provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad‑hoc analysis will be required as well.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience using SAP business systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using PRISM EV (Preferred).
- Experience generating EACs.
- Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution.
- Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data.
- Active Secret Clearance.

This role is U.S. based. Pay structure and benefits will apply appropriately for U.S. territories.
