Salary Range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD

• Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
• Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables.
• Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly oversight of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
• Provide timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

• A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance.
• Experience in program cost schedule and control environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  Sigma/CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma/CORE processes.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
• Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
• Self-starter, highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to leadership and peers.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
