WhatYou Will Do
- Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
- Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Working daily to confirm material supply availability.
- Preparing purchase requests for components based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
- Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
- Reporting on and troubleshooting MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
- Accountable for achieving organizational Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) for the assigned product line.
- Responsible for maintaining stacked LOB and extracting impact data for weekly analysis in support of IPT/PPR meetings with programs.
- Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, or relevant project management experience.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or six sigma project implementations.
- Experience with ERP or purchasing systems.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
