Hang birds by both legs into a shackle on the live hanger line;
Check for DOA birds and place in DOA barrel;
Remove bones and trim excess fat with a knife;
Rotate hangers between front and back positions to balance workload;
Follow safety and quality guidelines and complete required tasks on shift
