Cone Stabber Labor
The Cone Stabber Labor position is responsible for placing poultry products onto processing cones and ensuring proper product positioning for trimming, inspection, and further processing. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product flow, quality standards, and production efficiency while adhering to Tyson Foods' safety, food safety, and animal welfare requirements. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Placing poultry products onto processing cones accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring products are properly positioned to support downstream processing operations.
- Monitoring product flow and communicating any issues to supervisors or team leads.
- Removing improperly positioned or defective products from the production line as directed.
- Following all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintaining workstation cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Complying with all Tyson Foods safety policies, USDA regulations, and plant operating procedures.
- Working cooperatively with team members to meet production goals and line speeds.
- Assisting in general production duties and other assigned tasks as needed.
- Reporting equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
