Stacker Labor

The Stacker Labor position is responsible for stacking finished product boxes onto pallets according to product specifications while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and prepared for shipment.

• Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto pallets in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper labeling (including SLAP labels) and verify code dates on all boxes.
• Arrange boxes based on product specifications, including proper "high and tie" stacking patterns.
• Cap completed pallets with liners and wrap pallets securely for shipping.
• Assist in preparing pallets for transport to shipping or storage areas.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, removing debris and maintaining production flow.
• Support production line by ensuring materials and components are available as needed.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to wet, humid, and cold environments, including slippery surfaces.
• Work is performed in a loud production setting.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

This position is part of a production team supporting poultry processing operations.
