Manager Trainee

Overview

Manager Trainee at Tower Loan – a full‑time development program designed to prepare future leaders in consumer finance. In 10‑12 months you will gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and performance‑based incentives.

• Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the branch manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegating workloads, analyzing loan documents, recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to relocate for a management promotion.
• Preferred experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

On‑site location. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM with occasional extended hours, including Saturday.
