In Forest, MS, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps our facilities humming. Your morning might start with a preventive inspection on a conveyor line, followed by diagnosing an electrical fault on a VFD, then collaborating with teammates to fine-tune a maintenance procedure. You’ll document your work, answer urgent calls when equipment stops, and always put safety first.

What you’ll do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and building systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and optimal performance
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Other duties as assigned
What you bring
At least 1 year of mechanical work experience within the last 2 years (can be combined across employers)
Rehire eligibility: accepted only after 365 days away and fewer than 3 prior terms
18 years of age or older
Valid identification
Comfort using basic hand tools
Foundational knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
Able to read and understand work assignments
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet, stand for long periods, and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather
